Zero Tolerance Policy
GoalKick maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). Any content, behavior, or activity involving the exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of children is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate enforcement action.
At GoalKick, we are committed to providing a safe, positive, and secure environment for football fans and sports enthusiasts. Protecting children from exploitation, abuse, and harm is one of our highest priorities.
1. Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GoalKick platform:
• Uploading, posting, sharing, transmitting, or distributing any content that depicts or promotes child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment.
• Grooming, predatory behavior, or any attempt to establish inappropriate contact with minors.
• Soliciting, facilitating, or encouraging sexual activity involving minors.
• Sharing links, references, or directions to third-party websites or services that contain or distribute CSAM/CSAE.
• Harassment, threats, or exploitation of children in any form.
Violations will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
2. Safety Features and User Reporting
GoalKick provides users with tools to help maintain a safe community:
Report Feature
Users can report posts, stories, comments, messages, or profiles that may violate our safety policies. Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.
Block Feature
Users can block other accounts at any time, preventing further communication and interaction.
3. Content Moderation and Enforcement
GoalKick actively monitors and reviews user-generated content to ensure compliance with our policies.
Our enforcement measures include:
• Immediate removal or restriction of content suspected to violate child safety standards.
• Investigation of reported accounts and content.
• Permanent suspension of users found to be engaging in prohibited activities.
• Preservation of evidence where required for legal reporting and investigations.
4. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
GoalKick fully cooperates with applicable law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations.
When legally required or appropriate:
• Reports involving suspected CSAM/CSAE may be referred to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other competent agencies.
• GoalKick complies with lawful requests for information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Appropriate records may be retained to assist ongoing investigations.
